Shipping Clerk
We’re looking for a positive and hardworking individual to join our shipping team.
Work with a cohesive team in a fun, yet fast paced environment, pulling, packing, and shipping neonatal and pediatric medical products.
This position reports to the Warehouse & Facilities Manager. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM. Subject to change as needed. $17.27 to $19.00 per hour based on experience.
Essential Functions
- Pull, pack, and ship all domestic orders
- Assist as needed with International/OEM orders
- Work efficiently with other departments
- Maintain shipping and receiving area clean and organized at all times
- Move, wrap or strap pallets as needed.
- Help with Inventory counts
- Production as needed
- Other duties assigned by Management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- 3+ years minimum domestic shipping experience required
- 2 years warehouse experience required
- Experience with domestic shipping software Programs (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
- Fishbowl & QuickBooks experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written required
- Forklift Certification a plus
- Proficient with fine motor skills and repetitive movements for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, push or pull, bend, stoop or kneel repeatedly or for long periods at a time
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and warehouse conditions

Warehouse Clerk
We’re looking for a positive and hardworking individual to join our warehouse team.

- Work Order planning and scheduling for finished good product
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Back-up for the International Order Puller Clerk
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
- Other duties assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D required
- 2 years’ minimum of shipping & warehouse experience required
- Basic reading, writing in English skills required
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment and warehouse conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
- Ability to stoop, bend, reach, push and pull up to 50 lbs. as needed
